How do I know which size to order?
Our garments are thoughtfully designed to run true to size, offering a beautifully tailored fit. We recommend selecting your standard size.
Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
At this time, all of our collections are exclusively ready-to-wear. We do not offer bespoke sizing or in-house alterations.
Fabric & Garment Care
How should I care for my Ilaara pieces?
To preserve the luxurious sheen and rich, tactile nature of our fabrics, we strictly recommend dry cleaning all garments. If ironing is necessary, please iron the pieces inside out on a low heat setting to protect the delicate fibers and embroidery.
Will the colors bleed or fade?
Our textiles are crafted using high-quality dyes to ensure that the colors remain vibrant and true. With proper dry cleaning and care, the rich hues of your garments will beautifully stand the test of time.
Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We proudly ship everywhere within India. Once your order is placed, it will be carefully processed and delivered to your doorstep within 7 days.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please email us immediately at orders@ilaarastudio.com. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if the piece has not yet been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
