Returns & Exchanges
At Ilaara, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.
Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Free of makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains.

All original tags must still be attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Final sale items.

Customized or made-to-order pieces.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at orders@ilaarastudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Please securely package the item and ship it back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.
Exchanges If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@ilaarastudio.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
