Returns & Exchanges

At Ilaara, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

🇮🇳 For India-Based Customers

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized/made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

🌍 International Orders

  • Final Sale: All orders shipped outside India are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


How to Initiate a Return (India Orders Only)

  1. Email us at orders@ilaarastudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Please securely package the item and ship it back to us.

Refunds & Exchanges (India Orders Only)

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items (All Customers)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@ilaarastudio.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
